Complaint:

Keeps talking about a certain users ban appeal in shout box. She keeps quoting his inspirational quotes and whatnot and posting them into the shout box. Ain't cool. Total harassment and I won't stand idle watching it. Haven't seen any warnings of any sort, so let them start now.​

Just check the shout box history. I do not want to take a screenshot.​
