Same as I said in the previous, complaint, my internet has been horrible about 2 days after you gave me the loan, I have also had a ton of hockey lately, In about 2 weeks if my internet is better (and when i dont have so much homework and hockey) I'll appeal, and get the money back.

 

Alright, since @ShanePvP did confirm that the loan was given to him, I shall be adding this to his reason. If a successful appeal is made by the user in the future, this will be taken into consideration.
