    When he/she killed 3point it came up as "Diamond Sword".​

    Sorry if this is an unnecessary comment, however I have some info I would like to present to the case.

    When two users have killed each other at the same time, the game lags a bit, as you might perceive it, and whatever the user is holding in the main world at that time is registered as the item used to kill the opponent.

    Yes, @MCHelix3000 is absolutely right. This is most likely a sg glitch, although, if you see a user using a diamond sword in sg, please gather that evidence.
