Felon Username: Red_Pandaz_13Complaint: She stole my pick. Prior events: We had an informal agreement about a demolition: I would demolish for her the top 10 floors of a (pretty large) building, then I would take the redstone lamps of the whole building. No contract was ever made (though she insisted likewise). After some hours of work (about halfway) I had enough of it, so I said to her than I quit, and that I would therefore NOT take the lamps of the whole building. So I had been basically working for free. Nonetheless, she insisted that we had a contract and that I was compelled to finish the job. She started a dispute calling mod @Exilenela, who then called @oreo1227. During the dispute, while counting the floors I had already cleared, I fell and died. She picked part of my stuff before I could be back there. When I was back, she dropped my stuff back, but my pick was missing (Eff5 Unb3 Silk diamond pick). When I noticed, I very scrupulously looked around where I fell, but it wasn't there, so I asked her whether she still had it. She then said that she didn't have my pick, but just happened to own an identical pick in her inventory (wat?), and offered to give me "hers" if I finished the job. I didn't want her to give me hers: I wanted mine back, so I asked her to please double check whether she had previously left hers somewhere else, but she didn't check and insisted that that one was hers, period. She even said that I might have left mine somewhere else, but I was using it in the very moment before falling (see under "Evidence"), @oreo1227 can confirm this. On the other hand, she had left the scene during the discussion regarding the pick when I was back, so she had means, motive and opportunity to take it.Evidence: Witnesses: @block_crusher e-repaired my pick less than half an hour before the dispute started, he teleported to me while I was on top of that very building. And, as I said, I was using my pick in the very moment before falling: I was destroying the blocks adjacent to the ladder in order to expose the floors, then I falled and died with it in my hand, so I couldn't have left it anywhere else. @oreo1227 was present when I fell and can confirm this. No one else could have picked it. I'm not sure, but maybe @Dewsy92 and @Exilenela might have been present too.Additional Information: What I care more is not my pick: I can buy another one pumpkin-farming for a couple hours. I already lost some hours of work and some tools while mining, it happens. And I learned that I have to name all my tools, without exception. Lesson learned. No, what I really care is her behaviour: she tried to force me to complete a work that I was basically doing for free, she exploited my death (an indirect consequence of the dispute she started herself, which made me pretty upset) taking my pick in order to blackmail me, while saying "I'm a christian, I'm a good person". And on top of that, when @oreo1227 closed the issue saying that I was not compelled to finish the demolition, she even had the gut to /pm me like "what is wrong with the world, are you proud of it?". But what I care the most is that what happened to me doesn't happen again to other people: @Red_Pandaz_13 can't be trusted. Know it. Don't ever do anything pro bono for her: she will take that as a voluntary self-enslavement in her favour. And don't ever let her near your stuff.
Thank you for reporting this, however as this has been handled in-game, I will be dismissing this complaint. I believe, in my opinion, that the best option is to /ignore each other for the future to avoid any future conflict. Complaint Locked- Dismissed
