Accused Username: @RaginDevonianComplaint: @RaginDevovian had Blackmailed people into giving him money. He was saying if you didn't pay him something out of the ordinary would happen. This doesn't really look like 'blackmail' to me. It seems like a harmless message made just for fun with no real malicious intent. If this really bothers you, don't hesitate to use '/ignore' or speak to him privately. Dismissed
