Thanks for reporting, Upon discussing this with other staff members, we have come to the conclusion that there are no rules being broken in this complaint. If you indeed do have any screenshots of the harassment occurring in global chat, please do not hesitate to file a complaint. Keep in mind you also have access to the "/ignore <username>" command to ignore these types of situations. Locked - No rules broken
