Felon Username: NoahPvPz_Complaint: The user NoahPvPz_ tried to scam me and another user rfm with a mine-cart roulette board. The board was laid out like so: http://postimg.org/image/ab00g17sd/ 2 white squares, 2 black squares. Noah sat where he is right now. You would call out a color. White or black. If it lands on your color, you win. If it does not, you lose: http://postimg.org/image/wvw6qq7gz/ The minimum bet was 750. He would place the mine-cart AFTER YOU bet and then push the mine cart a very small distance, and then where ever the mine-cart landed was where it landed. When I went, rfm was in line one spot behind me. The first time, I bet 1,000 EcoDollars on white and he spun the board a very small amount, about 7-15 meters, which is definitely small enough to be aimed. It landed on black. RFM is obviously suspicious, but I re-bet. The board is spun again, and is about 1m away from landing on white, going very slowly now. Noah then panics, breaks the mine-cart, and says, "ah sorry". After this, rfm leaves, and I decided to take some screenshots to file a report. I get a mod over, and Noah gets very angry towards me and the mod. He keeps spamming at me while I try to take more screenshots, and angrily addressing the mod. Finally, I am able to get my money back after several prompts from the mod, I leave, and the mod gets him to simmer down. I believe the user broke three rules. 1) Section 3 - Clause 2 - Scamming "Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion." He did pay me back after the moderator told him to, but did attempt and in some ways succeeded at scamming. 2) Section 3 - Clause 2.3 - Player Run Lotteries "Any player run lottery is disallowed and will be treated as attempted scams or actual scamming depending on the situation." Not all roulette boards count as lotteries, but the planning of aiming the mine-cart, and the very shady betting qualifies this as a Clause 2.3 break. 3) Section 2 - Clause 3 - Harassment "Harassment constitutes as any form of action (chat or game play wise) that makes another player feel threatened or otherwise ruins their game play." Edit: Not only does it seem as if NoahPvPz_ has a motive, but via the evidence below me, and the fact the fact the Noah has more than 15 complaints against him related to casino scamming, I think it is safe to say action should be taken immediately. Just today this user was heavily pressuring me to give him a large loan. He noted that he had another large loan due today/tomorrow, and didn't wish to get banned. In the end, I simply /ignored this user. However, it is pertinent information, as it might put a motive on the crime.

This is offense #4 if I recall correctly. @lapkingkn banned him from his casino due to this, and he just continues to scam in other casinos.
Confirmed I have been scammed by this user- was sketchy about his roulette technique, per se, and now I see that he's an A Class scammer- he's been warned for it, can he not just be banned now? This is honestly ridiculous, he's not learning that this is absolutely unacceptable.
Its sad hes doing this on other players in other casinos, its a shame that many players get scammed by this particular user and nothing is being done about it. I would suggest to people not to go to him to gamble their money because you are taking a risk with a person that does this. Be safe ECCers.
Currently you have provided insufficient evidence to prove that @NoahPvPz_ was scamming you. User run casinos are a grey area in the rules to begin with and the screenshots you have provided don't show me any evidence that @NoahPvPz_ was rigging the game. K So I would Like to point out that I gave Him a redo Cause he didn't stop complaining and that Round he did Win on the redo round if you were wondering. Also I don't think I scammed Him I think he posted this complaint cause he thought maybe The cart was On his Color more then mine. I have to admit that is was a tough call to make because it was almost in the middle but you could see it was More On my side then His. Additional Info: I did have to get a mod to Come to work this situation Mod was 7amwoodw. One question is why didn't they take screenies of board cause if they thought I scammed them they could of took screenies cause the board had the minecart on it for like 1-2 min and they could of posted screenies with real evidence. Here is some evidence that the board did not use any randomness, and no powered rail. Since RFM and NoahPvPz_ admitted that they saw me playing, that can be proved valid. I was not able to get video of any spins, since I did not know of NoahPvPz_'s criminal record at the time. @haydensch If you could testify and prove that NoahPvPz_ should not have had allowance to the casino, that would be great. This is simply false. You broke the mine-cart before screenshots could be taken, deliberately. I think it holds strong, with all of these points addressed, and testimonies from the above users (hopefully!) coming soon, they the user NoahPvPz_ tried to scam me and many others which prohibits the rules of this server. Please, take the time to value the evidence at hand... The user has a confirmed motive to do this crime. Many other users have testified to NoahPvPz_ scamming me and others as well. The board was completely controllable at the time I bet And the user has told us nothing about how his roulette truly works, only trying to dis-credit the facts I have stated. Yes, my complaint relies mostly on my testimony and this testimonies of others, but NoahPvPz_ has had scamming allegations in the past, had a fully rigged board set-up, (http://postimg.org/image/zfo1srs71/ no randomness factor, completely controllable) which might I add, he takes time to keep others from seeing, and many others can say that he did scam me. Yup in my opinion he is a scammer that I have delt with before and I could most likely provide proof of what he has said to me
