Felon Username: mrwaffajaffaComplaint: I gave a $30,000 loan out to him that he was supposed to pay back $50,000 to, but he hasn't paid me back. The loan was due on Valentine's day, but no payment has been received. I don't believe that any severe action needs to be taken against MrWaffaJaffa; all that I want is my $50,000 that he owes me back.Evidence: Additional Information: I think that he has done this to somebody else when I was looking on the complaints. I don't know if this is relevant but I thought it would be good to add it into this complaint.
roostermc22 Do you have any proof of when this agreement took place? There is nothing in the screenshots which says the funds are due back on Valentine's Day.
I dont have any proof this was on valentines day, but if you don't believe me then we can say it started on 2/21/14 and he would have until 2/28/14 to pay me. Thanks guys.
