Big or small, it shouldn't happen period.
This is not harassment. Harassment is characteristically repetitive, disturbing, and/or threatening. Neither of these traits are observable using the evidence provided. In this case, an argument could be made linking the comment to false accusation; which would be criminal and slander. But do to the marginal nature of that comment, I will not be taking action against this user. Feel free to use our /ignore feature if he bothers you or otherwise makes your ECC experience unpleasant. 'Haxor' is not necessarily an offensive term, and his comment was ambiguous in its seriousness. Complaint Dismissed. File a new complaint if more evidence comes up.
