Accused Username: @luxuriantspy5Complaint: Loan Scamming and Item Scamming Clause 2 - Scamming A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe. Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.Evidence: Despite luxuriantspy5 having a nickname, it is clear through the "Now chatting with Luxriantspy5" message that I was indeed negotiating a deal with him.Additional Information: This complaint has been filed way past the due point for multiple reasons. First of all, I was informed by none other than Luxuriantspy5 that he had sold his account, and no longer had access to it. Due to evidence pointing towards the fact that this was false, I have filed the complaint. Furthermore, Luxuriantspy5 claimed to me that his computer and phone were broken, and that he had no access to ecocitycraft. Even though he is now playing, he refuses to acknowledge the fact that he owes me 1 million and a star tool. These messages were sent through an outside source of communication, which of course, cannot serve as evidence BUT explains why this complaint was filed so late. Basically, I was too kind and believed that Luxuriantspy5 genuinely COULD not pay me back. I was evidently wrong to believe this. Thank you for your time staff, and I just need him to pay me back. No hard feelings but it's gotten out of hand. By the way ECC, this is how I got into my hole. I tried being too nice.
I do somewhat remember a star tool but I never borrowed 1 million dollars from exilenela and I will try to make a effort but with college starting back up I barely play and and gonna be inactive another 4 months starting January 11
I'd like to withdraw this complaint; me and @luxuriantspy5 will hopefully work something out first. Also, a bit of a misunderstanding on the part regarding the intent to scam.
