Failure to pay back loan​

Additional Information:

I paid @koko_2022 250k on dec 29th 2017 at 0:31h (gmt+1).

He had two weeks to pay back his loan (jan 12th 2018, 0:31h, gmt+1).

According to the linked forum contract, koko_2022 would need to pay a late fee if he doesnt pay his loan within four days (jan 16th, 0:31h, gmt+1) after the final payment is due (jan 12th 2018, 0:31h, gmt+1).

It is now jan 17th, 0:15h, what means that koko even had almost 5 days past the due date to pay back without a late fee, not only 4, but he hasn't paid me yet. This means that he has to pay an additional 20k as a late fee.​

 

Thanks for the promise of paying it back soon! Sorry if it wasn't clear, i will add a similar clause to the next conracts i make to give people with late fees more time for payback
