Looking at the contract that was originally agreed upon, @Kick_Me_1235 has until the 13th to pay back the money, as well as the late fee. The contract states that he must pay back 675,000 by Dec. 6 2014, but also says that he will be given 1 week additional time in return for 125k in late fees. Please file another complaint if he has not paid back by Dec. 13 2014 (end of the day). Complaint Locked and Dismissed- Contract Has Not Been Breached
