@sinder33 I'm still trying to get in touch with @K1ttyKaT09. They have not been in game since I mailed them nor have they been on the forum since Dec. 25th. Will leave this open another 24 hours in hopes to receive a response to straighten this out.

@sinder33 did you receive anything? From what I can understand, @K1ttyKaT09 pm'ed you in game the code and says she doesn't have it anymore. I asked them to check their email and see if the code might be in an email. @K1ttyKaT09 had to go and asked if I they could have til tomorrow to check and try to sort this out. So leaving this open til tomorrow.
Ok ok i think i know what happened, and if im right it will be pmed to you. If i cant, you will be refunded. We'll find out tomorrow, when i get home. For now, i need to go to bed. Ill let you know if it worked.
After further investigation, thanks to Jakey for going over the logs... @K1ttyKaT09 the only thing you sent @sinder33 was the transaction ID, which he has already shown us this. The transaction ID is NOT the coupon code. The transaction ID is needed to show you've purchased something from the shop, but @K1ttyKaT09 when you purchase a coupon you are also sent a coupon code through forum pm. @K1ttyKaT09 please check your forum pms for the coupon code and send it to @sinder33 privately through forum pm. Post here and let us know when this is done so that @sinder33 can confirm.
Ok @Ladyvamptress , I forum pmed @sinder33 the code, I thought it was suppose to go to him by ingame mail Sorry about this, i was confused. I hope I got all this worked out. Now i think we just wait for @sinder33 to pot on here and confirm the code has been received?
