Ok, i admit i had the money to pay him back but he wasn't on and i lotto'd it due to the fact i completely forgot and i'm very tired. No, what happened was mine glitched and broke on 150 durability. She then gave me hers because she doesn't use it.
It seems there was a misunderstanding about installments and deadline: I was sure payment was due by daily installments, while he said he though he could just pay back the whole amount within the deadline. Today he paid me back all 25k in a single payment, therefore he owes me nothing anymore. TL;DR: solved.
