Hello. Thank you for filing this complaint. Our rules state that auctions cannot be canceled after a bid has been heard. As you do not have evidence of him hearing the bid, I will be locking this complaint. Canceling an auction after not hearing any bids is perfectly legal. If you have more evidence, please file another complaint with both evidence of him hearing a bid, as well as canceling the auction. Locked- No rules were broken/lack of evidence
