    After reviewing over the video, that doesn't really look like hacking to be in the slightest bit. From what it looks like though, you were probably caught in a combo where you were being hit, but couldn't really get into the range to hit back. I've had it happen to me and I've seen it happen to others against non-hacking opponents. The general behavior of the fight that takes place is hardly similar to that of fighting someone with a hacked client, I am not certain that this could be trialed for hacking.

    Complaint dismissed.
