(Totally going to be anti-optimistic) What if they're two separate people that coincidentally have very similar names? I know two people where this is the case. Just throwing that out there.
they could possibly know eachother irl and created names i know my irl friends made flam1ngeagle and flam1ngraptor but they are two dif people anyhow the ips should be able to tell is this is him and his behavior
IPs tell all, and he told me once that GingerBond11 was his dual account, I didn't notice that until he pointed it out.
