@Ceebrett If you have any screenshot evidence of @Giant_leader accepting the deal to repair, then you should post it immediately.
the attached screenshot shows him accepting my tp request after i advertised for erep.. he had been doing me erepairs all day for $200 and was idleing in my town for many hours prior to stealing my msword
Okay, here is what I'm going to do. Quite frankly I'm sick and tired of the blatant scamming that occurs periodically. But, at this point I'm going to give giant_leader some time to respond. Perhaps there was a power outage or technical error. However, if he does not respond in a timely manner, then I am going to handle this as a res ipsa loquitur (eng: the thing speaks for itself) scamming incident. But, it is best to hear giant's side of the story first.
*this is not irrelevant *. Giant_leader has sold me a msword for 750k and then he lottoed and profited about 70k so he definAtely has the money if he needs to pay you back. I am 99% percent sure giant_leader has scammed you. And I would suggest that you tag the person who you bought the msword from this way he/she can vouch that you indeed had one at the beginning of this entire crisis.. Also if I get warned for this il be pretty pissed fonsidering I just came back from a 1 week forum ban and I am sincerely trying to help this user out as I have been scammed one before and I understand his anxiety.
Giant_leader has failed to reply to this complaint in a timely manner. So, I will be issuing my ruling.
Based on the evidence presented, I conclude that Giant_leader obviously committed detestably severe scamming. He has manipulated and exploited another innocent user in order to malevolently benefit his own self-interest. This type of detestable behavior is not tolerated on ECC. Even though your evidence does not show a concrete agreement, it is obvious that scamming occurred. There no legitimate reason to ever teleport to someone, accept their money, and then fail to return their msword afterward. And because there is no legitimate reason to do this, I can clearly and easily decide—with a great amount of certainty—that scamming was the motivation for this behavior. Giant_leader banned for severe scamming. Locked.
