@Ademize, thank you for contacting us about this issue.

@FuriuosGeorge, albeit the fact that the signs were put up on the 28th of July, eviction notices may only be sent either via mail, through the forums, or through an in-game or forum PM, as stated in Section 4, Clause 3 of the Main Network Rules:

Clause 3 - Seizure of Property & 3 Day Eviction Notices
    • Town mayors may evict any member at any time. A 3 day eviction notice must be provided, except in the following cases:
      • A player who has been offline for at least 7 days.

      • A player who has been found to have griefed the town.
        • In this case a grief report must be filed within 24 hours of the removal.

        • If the grief is minor, a request to remove protections must still be sent to the evicted player.
      • A player who has been hired for a specific purpose when no longer needed.
    • If an eviction notice is issued, it must:
      • Include the town name.

      • Include a request to remove protections, if applicable.

      • Be issued via:
        • A tag in the Forum Evictions Section
        • /pm or Forum PM
        • /mail
      • /mailregion
        • in which case it is only valid if the player logs in after the notice has been sent.

However, I suspect this is the result of a misunderstanding. @Ademize is still added to the plot, but can not interact with the blocks due to the BLOCK-BREAK/BLOCK-PLACE DENY flags.

As such, I need @FuriuosGeorge to clarify whether it was his intent to evict @Ademize or whether this is simply a region flag issue. If the former is true, he is to provide evidence of an eviction notice having been issued at least three days in advance. Otherwise, he is required to restore @Ademize's access and issue a proper notice anew should he still wish to proceed with their removal.

Thread left open for 24 hours, pending response.

Eviction hasn't happened. This is a contact attempt over an issue at our public farm that I didn't want to grief report a new user over and get them banned. If you check ademize s plot they still have access to their chests and only build and break are locked. The user has contacted me via pm, and the result of that conversation will decide my action to evict or reinstate.

    Edit:
Flags removed after contact was made.
