Felon Username: EpicmitiComplaint: I have a town named "Hollytree" and when I knew I was going to be gone for a while I let Epicmiti have Co-Mayorship when she was a resident to get her started. I did so out of politeness but when she became mayor and had the power to remove me from my original ownership she did. I did not give her full power I gave her partnership and she stole my town from me. I gave absolutely no consent to her to do this. @Epicmiti What is your side of the story here? @jasoni12 Do you have any evidence regarding the appointment of Epicmiti to the mayoral position? Such as comayor terms, contracts, etc?
My side: Jasoni12 told me he was going to quit the server, he sold everything he owned, etc. He told me I could take him off of the owner's list, which Im guessing he forgot. A few months later, @jasoni12 came back threatening to get me banned because we could not come to an agreement on the town, I told him I would add him as a mayor. He left again and came back, I had told him that when he was to come back he could be added again. I added him again, and he left. He comes back today, threatening me, again to get me banned. I, to be honest, don't like that he's threatening me. That's my side.
When I made a resident a co-mayor I was pretty sure I didn't tell a resident that she could remove me. I asked for my mayorship back and she keeps declining to do so and saying that she spent a lot of time and money in the town. Her co-mayorship was to help a resident out but she took full control without permission. And no @nicit6 but she also doesn't have evidence of having permission to take the town and remove me. I have evidence of owning the town.
@jasoni12 Look, I haven't wanted to readd you because I recall a time where you told me that I was going to be taken off of the mayor's list the second you got added back. Do you think I appreciated that after the money and time I put into this town to make it thrive? Not really. Now, if we can come to an actual agreement, it'd be better than this so-called "backstabbing" I was doing. Thanks.
I never said I'd remove you from co-mayor. I'll come to an agreement that you can add me back at mayor and we can run it as equal partners.
@nicit6 @jasoni12 and I have come to an agreement, we will be sharing ownership of the town. Again, thank you for all of your help. ~Epic
