Mel is absolutely correct, the first screenshot shows the hacked client called <modedit>. The <modedit> client basically allows you to walk/run on any water surface without having to swim in it. The second screenshot is no doubt fly hacks, I don't even think you can even fly in a boat with the donation feature fly or fly+. Also, the fact that he said that he can "see through walls too" means that he has a X-ray client on as well. The main name of this client (After looking it up) is <modedit>. Just thought I'd point out all that.

 

The first screenshot makes it pretty obvious, to the SA that is handling this: His player model is positioned in a way that can only be positioned that way by walking on land, except the user is on water. It is impossible to run like that unless the user has fly, but clearly the user has no donation features and admits to xray in local chat. I believe @purplelegoender is correct but it is up to you guys to decide

 

I will be tagging the @Server Admin team to handle this complaint, please be patient as they do so.

 

If you don't mind me asking..out of those two screenshots how did you figure out a client name? There's many clients out there that do the same exact hacks..
