Felon Username: Dlaczak402 Complaint: He kicked me from the town without an eviction notice Evidence: I'm not sure how to fill this one out Additional Information: I deserved to get kicked from the town for building out of my land, even though he hadn't specified the area that was my land however, he didn't post a server talking about my eviction. Does he have to? I don't know, nor do i know how to pm this to a server administrator

Just a notice, I am part of Dlaczak402's town and I was over my plot, I was given a mail notice, that is not your reason of eviction, it was griefing. You griefed my house i believe
what did I take because i'm willing to return it, but I don't remember doing that the only house that i accidentally destroyed was the plot next to mine, because i thought it was his my plot of land but then they told me my plot was the one inside the fence lines but that was after, and i was already banned so, i moved to a new town
Hello, I removed silentsniperz from the town because he tore down pre built plots and put a big wall around a space that was much bigger than his 10x10 piece of land. I do have a few statements to make. 1- When selling silentsniperz his plot I told him it is the 10x10 outlined by the fence posts, I told him as well that the fence posts could be taken down as they lie on his plot. 2- He griefed another players house ( not zjkhan but the owner before him) who decided to leave the town after the incident. 3- I did give silentsniperz a mail notice as to why he was being kicked out of the town and also told him to remove his lwc's, which he came to remove. I was there when he removed the lwc's because he asked me for a tp. While removing his chest's he did not say anything nor did he ask any questions therefore causing me to believe that he understood why he was being removed. 4- He read the town rules which I showed him before he completed his purchase of his plot. Rule #1 says: No griefing. Griefing will result in a ban from town. When I asked him if he read and understood the rules he said yes. Finally, I am very sorry if I was supposed to file a report for every ban from my town. Please reply to this post with any other questions that you may have for me.
i'm also deeply sorry dlaczac402 i am willing to pay any fines or what not that i owe you. I am not lying when i say that i did not understand you, when i destroyed his house i was confused because i thought that there was a random house on my plot i now understand that i only had that piece of land and once again i am sorry
So this is what need's to happen from this point forward. @Dlaczak402 you need to re add @silentsniperz back to the town and give him a proper three day eviction. You will do this via forum pm and will tag me in the conversation so that I can verify that it was done properly. In the future you need to properly evict your residents following the rules we have in our server here: Also if you wish for action to be taken against @silentsniperz for the grief in your town you may file a grief report.
