@Diamond396 has obtained both Hera and Apollo legally, and I did find record of @Diamond396 posting a Mass-Eviction Notice for Apollo. However if someone claims your town while you are Perma'd, they do not have to post an eviction notice to you. I am concerned about Hera. @Diamond396 , can you provide evidence that you legally evicted the residents of Hera?
I did post a mass eviction for Apollo, but iticip was not tagged. Since iticip was perma banned, I didn't think hera would be a problem. I'll add him back as soon as I can then I suppose. I should have been more careful, and I apologize. Also, the residents were never evicted, only iticip.
