    Thank you @_Sharpy for filing this complaint! After considering the statement made by @ctop_1013, I find that it breaks no 'VIP' chat rules, nor is it likely that the statement would actually 'encourage' terrorism. I will be dismissing this complaint.

    @ctop_1013 I suggest you steer away from making statements like this in any chat, for they are tasteless and will more than likely cause an argument.
