    He is saying he's using a texturepack to see us spy users clearly while invis.​

    As far as I know, particles with black particles are not illegal. Even if they are, I'm not sure how they would be enforced considering how some people have come up with clever ways to find invisible people anyhow.

    Using a texture pack to make particles more easily visible does not break any our rules.
