Accused Username: @cdlawrenceComplaint: Harassment in mining. I asked for CD to tp to my place in mining, and he started to mine there. He refused to go. I know its in mining, but its still rude.Evidence: I have the chat logs, but they have some personal information in it. I would like to disclose it to only the moderator handling this case.Additional Information: N/A. I'm not trying to be a bad person, but it was annoying and petty. I would be chill with a 10k retribution of the ores he toke from my place in mining. But if this doesn't pan out because it was in mining, then I'm cool. I have nothing against CD, I just kind of want my money back and to prevent this from happening to other players.
@lambielove Thanks for taking the time to file this complaint. First things first, while it can be annoying and not very nice, the mining world is public area. Someone teleporting to you and mining where you happen to be mining is not illegal, and furthermore we're not going to demand that @cdlawrence give you money for the ores as what he did is not illegal. Secondly, If there is evidence of verbal harassment in your screenshots you can edit them into the post, and then edit them out as I can view previous edits to the complaint, and then we can go on from there User given 24 hours to provide evidence
I was able to get the file downloaded, unfortunately chat logs cannot be used as valid evidence, as well there was no harassment found in said logs. I'm going to be dismissing this complaint, but keep in mind for the future @lambielove to double tap f2 to take screenshots for evidence. Complaint Dismissed - Invalid Evidence Type
