Accused Username: @BmanvmanComplaint: On July 14th, 2019, @Bmanvman requested to apply for a Star Tool Lease through my bank. He agreed he would have it paid off in six weeks. He never made one payment to the plan as seen in the evidence below. I waited and after a couple of payments were missed, I had it repossessed until he paid off the whole debt. I attempted to send him a forum pm. He blatantly ignored the message and never corresponded with me as to what had happened. @_Royal_Vulpes_ In such cases where the seller repossess the tool, we are only willing to enforce fees up to the equivalent market rental rate for the time out of possession or half the value of said tool, whichever is less. The tool was (or was supposed to be) in @Bmanvman's possession for 3 weeks before it was seized. This would come out to a market rate of a $450,000 rental (at $150/week) which is what we'll be imposing here. This would ensure you'd make a nice profit on top of the tool being returned to you, while avoiding saddling @Bmanvman with a debt he lacks the means to ever repay. @Bmanvman- You have 24 hours to start negotiating an agreement here with Royal centered around this fee or pay it off.
