Block_crusher breached the contract we had made​

Additional Information:

I was supposed to rent blocks msword for 2 weeks and pay 260k in a sign so far ive paid 140k id like for 60k to be refunded and the remaining 160k be dismissed he rented the msword out to dwite12 while under contract with me the msword is missing from the chest that i put in it which is blocks chest dwite12 died with the msword i want this contract voided immediatly ill be tagging @Dewsy92 and @zedoker since they know this situtation better then any other mods​

 

i just want the contract voided since you already rented it out without my knowledge and id like my extra 60k refunded

 

you were under contract i asked for you to void the contract i was sging for the money but that doesent mean you can rent it out to others i was paying to rent it....not paying you to rent it to others

im not paying you anymore money for this act only way ill be playing this server is to have this contract voided ill be paying bthom867 and if this contract is not voided i guess ill be getting banned in a week or so im not gonna pay someone who rents the msword i was renting when im offline sleeping just for extra money

 

when will you be out of school @block_crusher ?

 

Would you agree @block_crusher to void the contract keep the 140k i paid and just move on?

you got 600k in the star fund they arent that much more you can buy one from a player for about 600k

 

just a little bit of advertising should do the trick try posting in the forums buying/selling section people will most likely sell you one for 600k if they want it gone
