For too long nations and cities of ECC have had there leaders choose the other leaders. I am definitely not in support of this anymore! I am pleased to announce that URC is no longer a dictatorship, but now a republican society. Citizens of URC will get to choose the leaders (Council). There will be a vote for whoever runs. There will be certain requirements for those running. The members that are running for the position, will each give a statement on the forums here, stating why they would be good for the entire nation. Then on a certain day, the citizens of URC will join together to vote for there leaders, without any arguments just a simple, and quick vote. The mission of this council is to help determine the projects the nation will undertake. They will meet at a to be determined time. There will be two elected officials to the council per city. They will represent their city in the council. When I am available next, I will announce when users can start running for the council!
War was upon URC not too long ago. We were at war with F.A.R.O.D, but as you may know, F.A.R.O.D no longer exists. Therefore, we won due to that reason, and the fact that Mardigan's attempt to get me assassinated failed. URC has one it's first war, and we raise the Flag today . One thing to be careful about, war may be upon us again soon. Unfortunately, we are involved in some problems with some clans, and there is much tension going on there. We may be apart of it soon, resulting with URC fighting some clan (This clan will not be named. This is strictly something only to be discussed between the leaders.) That is all. Good day
