IGN: @Jdawger Users Involved in this Contract: @Awesomah General Purpose of Contract: Upgrading @Awesomah ‘s Skyblock Rank from Premium to SkyLord in exchange for Main Server ECD I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: - @Jdawger Will pay $24 USD to upgrade @Awesomah ’s Skyblock Rank from Premium to SkyLord within 24 hours of receiving the ECD. - If the transaction fails in any way, and @Jdawger is not charged any USD, I, @Jdawger will return the $414,000 ECD to @Awesomah within 24 hours of the failed transaction. This contract will become void in that case and a new one may be initiated. - In the extremely rare case that @Jdawger is charged and @Awesomah doesn’t receive the Rank upgrade, @Jdawger has the right to hold onto the ECD until the manor is resolved. - If the rank cannot be applied to @Awesomah and @Jdawger cannot get the $24 USD reimbursed, @Jdawger will keep 50% of the ECD ($207,000) and return the other half. - If the rank cannot be applied and @Jdawger is refunded, @Jdawger will return the $414,000 within 24 hours. The contract can become void if @Jdawger chooses. - If @Jdawger is refunded without @Awesomah receiving the rank upgrade, @Jdawger will return the 414,000 ECD within 24 hours and this contract will become void. -If the sale ends or the upgrade is more than the $24 USD as agreed upon (with proof), @Jdawger will return the $414,000 ECD within 24 hours. This exact contract will become void. - @Jdawger will have the right to deny buying @Awesomah the rank upgrade in this case. - @Jdawger also has the right to make a new contract verbatim to this one with the updated prices. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: - @Awesomah will pay @Jdawger $414,000 ECD within 24 hours of this contracts approval. - If requested by @Awesomah , a trade sign will be setup in the main server for @Awesomah to pay. The location of the sign will be at Legacy Statue #5 (/warp L5). I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
