The following rules apply in all URC cities: 1. There is to be no stealing/griefing from anyone's properties that isn't you'rs! 2. All citizens are to respect those who are subject to the Emperor, mrcreeper55! 3. Anything that is said by the Emperor, mrcreeper55, will go without argument of it's citizens. Otherwise, those who do argue will get punished! 4. Any buildings that don't meet the approval of the Emperor will get demolished. 5. Inactivity in the server will lose you your humble abode. You have 14 days otherwise your house is gone. 6. Only the council of URC is allowed to make decisions such as how the nation should be built, and the nation's rules. Any other user that is trying to use this power will get punished. 7. All payments must go towards the emperor and must be paid at the appropriate time. 8. There is to be no harassing the nation.
