I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms:
I, @TaylorBros22, agree to lend @lazuli1214 $100,000ECD as a loan within 24 hours of this contract being accepted. The loan is charged at 25% MPR(Monthly percentage rate). The total amount of $156,250ECD will be due by August 23rd, 2020 (12 pm US Eastern Time). If I do not meet the terms of this contract, the contract will be voided, and I will pay @lazuli1214 a $20,000 ECD Penalty.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@lazuli1214 requested the approved loan of $100,000ECD from @TaylorBros22 that will be given within 24 hours of this contract being accepted.
The loan is charged at 25% MPR(Monthly percentage rate). The total amount of $156,250ECD will be due by August 23rd, 2020 (12pm US Eastern Time).
@lazuli1214 must make at least payments of $19,531.25 for each week (by 12pm EST each week) with a payment schedule as follows:

July 5th = $19,531.25
July 12th = $19,531.25
July 19th = $19,531.25
July 26th = $19,531.25
August 2nd = $19,531.25
August 9th = $19,531.25
August 16th = $19,531.25
August 23rd = $19,531.25

@lazuli1214 will make payments at /warp Figos on Main server by 12pm(NOON) EST on dates listed above, slightly to the right of the warp, OR via forum transfers.
@lazuli1214 agrees to pay all payments on time, any payment that is between 1 - 7 days late will require a $30,000 ECD late fee at the time of payment.
@lazuli1214 understands if payment is not made by the 7th late day, a complaint will be filed on them.
