Unable to buy trails from shop

Brief Description:
I cannot seem to be able to buy main server trails

Instructions:
Go to [Main] - Trails and try to buy one (without any previously bought trails)

How many times did you recreate this?:
Couple times I refreshed the page

Result:
You are not allowed to buy this feature

Plus, /trails has no trails in it (which is correct since I never bought any)

Expected Result:
Unless I’m missing something, I should have access to buying trails. The only reason I shouldn’t have access is because I either have them all (which I have none) or I don’t have access to /trails. However, I checked the trails section of the wiki and it’s not stating anything specific I need in order to access them.

Evidence:
I typed this on my phone and have no access to a computer for a couple hours. Can post evidence if needed soon

 

I tried all of them, but I discovered something. Apparently buycraft won’t let me buy anything on mobile anymore.

I used to be able to buy features from my phone (and did for all my features for the past month), but idk what’s going on.

I’ll check buycraft via my laptop in a half hour or so.

I was signed in as "Jdawger" at the time.
However, I have tried your method of logging out an back in again and I'm able to buy things again. Thank you for the help!
