Why do you want it gone/reasons?: User failed to follow the market rules that you have to have atleast 5 trade signs. It has been like this since he bought the stall. I have contacted him to add more but he wont do it.
This kinda a weird case. I personally do not see it as being fit for removal as you have not provided proof that you have contacted the active user. All users must be given an equal chance to remove their locks and we have to be sure they have been given all their possible chances and fair warning. That is just my personal opinion, we will leave the decision up to WeWinAgain as to if the locks get removed or not.
