Vfam1 was last on in November 2012. He may have been banned at that time, but not by my request. Coolcollin1978, also known as coolcollin197, was banned from server and my town February 2013. Mikmitch comes on for a few days then disappears for weeks. If you do not wish to remove his at this time it is okay. Thank you.
I believe wewin may have just missed this as some of the locks can be removed due to their major inactivity, He is very busy with the sheer amount of things he has to do on the forums so I will tag him again just incase. WeWinAgain
