I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to pay coolkatyperry909 $50,000 within 1 day of the contract being approved. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: In return for my loan, coolkatyperry909 will give me 1/2 of town profits via trade sign until my 50k is paid off. After that, she will pay me 1/8th of all town profits (via trade sign), or buy me out of the town for an additional 10K. I will be granted "comayor status" in the town so long as I have a share in it. Should I find myself not to be receiving payments, coolkatyperry909 will be found in breach of contract.
