i would like a1 10x10 i agree and understand i will uuse it wisely for farming i have the funds i had a few questions before i buy 1 is theree any way to get a 15x15 for 1500$ 2 can my friends help me harvest crops and live in my huse with me (share it) 3 where exactly will i find your town can i come check out 4 what is my insurance you wont scam me 5 will your place have a portal in the town hall 6 if not will it be accessable also i am looking at 2 0ther places that have a few better deals so are you willing to bargain on prices and will i be able to bring animals into this town i have a 10 animal herd i would like to have live with me but i dont want people to steal them on the way here is there ways around this??? if you could message me back or post on this that would be great.
This will only happen if i make enough money to buy a town.. no area picked yet.. selling in 10x10 increments only.. any shape you can share with your friends but i will have to charge 500 per person for perms. this forum is proof that i will not scam you.. i can get banned if i just take your money for nothing.... no building restrictions, all animals allowed but idk how you will get them there. spawn mobs mabye? i plan on getting a town portal.. if not i will make it easy to find.. i pretty much want it to be member built town.. however the residents want it... which is why i made it to where you can pick any square on a grid... there is only one rule... use common sense
i will make the town as soon as i can get the money to become mayor.. (i have 15k right now. im going to ask one of my friends if i can borrow some money though) i set the price of an added roomate because i dont want someone to buy one house and add all of his friends to it raising the risk of a griefer joining.

LoL I think the whole idea behind PRESALE discount is that people pay him BEFORE he gets the town, thats how he's gonna become Mayor
ok i guess your right dj but his prices r high and im not willing to pay that much i also want 2 see the town before i buy a plot because if its a member built town with no restrictions than it may look a little tacky and im planing an renting out the lots to people if i buy some
