As i tried suggesting you Should Really use the form from the application section Where you posted this. This isnt fulfillying the format specifications listed in the rules Look at the format of some of the existing contracts to See what might be relevant information.

These payments will be made as often as possible as long as both players are online and able to acknowledge that that the payment has been made. @MC_Farmer_ @ArthurAquaman Two things are wrong here: 1) You should be using the official contract guidelines, I.E. ArthurAquaman states something he will do (sell the plot) and what you will do in return (pay him) and then you reply agreeing to the terms and we sign off on it. If you would like to do something like that and need help, feel free to send me a forum pm and I'll help get a contract made for you two. 2) 100,000 ECD for a 75x75 plot? The total cost to get your own town is Resident ($15k) and Mayor ($85k), therefore $100k for a 200 x 200 land claim. 100k is absolutely too much for a 75x75 plot completely unbuilt and so even if this were a properly written contract, I would be denying it for predatory nature. Again, please send me or any of the other SuperMods or Mods a forum PM or message in-game if you would like help writing a contract or in general getting started on ECC, but I cannot approve this due to the writing and the terms.
