Sorry for the delay @KrazyTyrant @SkyrimIsBetter. I just need some clarification before handling the contract.

If this is intended to be a contract to transfer the town of Avalonia from Skyrim to Krazy with an official town transfer you would need to include a clause such as "This contract can be used as consent for Avalonia to be transferred to @KrazyTyrant" If this is the case please remember our rules regarding town transfers...
If this is a contract for comayorship of Avalonia (as it states in your mayor application) we will need some sort of agreement of responsibilities laid out because as it stands it is unclear what we would be enforcing. (e.g. Krazy agrees to never add/remove owners, Skyrim agrees to pay 50% of town profits to Krazy and vice versa)

@KrazyTyrant @SkyrimIsBetter Since I have had no response from either of you I will be denying the contract at this time. Should you choose to move forward with this agreement, please refile with the corrections I've listed above.

    Locked - Denied.
