To get permission to place next to the town of Dubai, you will need permissions from the original owner of the town, @mattdar. To get permission to place next to the town of hawler, you will need permissions from the original owner (the person who claimed the town) @_John_Galt You do have granted permission to place next to Shadowalk from @miner1975 as stated above in the post. Without the permission of the original owner of those towns, the town cannot be placed. I will be leaving this open for 7 days in anticipation of them approving placement of the town. After the 7 days is up, the thread will be locked with no town made.
But @mattdar doesn't even exist when i type /seen mattdar and @_John_Galt has been off for more than 2 weeks!
He still exists on forums, and it is up to them to log onto forums to accept it, otherwise you will have to make the town not near either of them so it is legal.
so basically, he could have not checked his forums in 3 years but as long as he still has an account, i have to hope that he will decide to get on within the next 7 days?
well, if i dont want to wait, can i change the coords? they will still be in the same general area but just shifted so i am not bothering anyone else's town except miner1975's?
