Have you checked our Zoning Laws and are we waiting for a neighbouring mayor response?: yes i have read the zoning laws and i have talked to the owners of the towns that are near by which are Mendiboi who owns epigraph and xerxesbeats who owns upper epigraph they will post a reply saying they give me permission to build right beside them

Additional information about your town: It will be a part of the multiple towns of Epigraph it will be the port for the epigraph towns where i plan on buying animals to spawn so people can fish
