Hello there! I see you're looking at this thread, I'm assuming that means you're interested in buying a town! Now, before I go on I must warn you, the town costs 425k. You're probably thinking "Damn. I mean, that's way too expensive." Actually, reasonably, it's not. And I'll tell you the reasons why. My town has a lot of extra features most towns you buy won't. I will list them off below. My town is not your typical size. Instead of the max 200 x 200, it is 250 x 200. Now before you call haxors, it was a mistake on mine and Andrewkms part, but makes a great selling point! Did you know we used to have worldedit? Well, we did. And I got some before it was removed. So my town is completely flat, all in one block. (Grass) There are a couple buildings of my own on it that I can remove before purchase. It's has a town portal credit. That means you can place the town portal ANYWHERE you want, it's not preset and it won't cost money to move elsewhere. It has a town chat channel. Yup, that's right, you can talk privately with the users of your town! It is a passworded channel so no worrying about random people joining, just be careful with the password! Note: If you buy the town I will give you the password. Another thing is that if I sold this town, I'd want to buy another town to hold all my stuff in, so that adds some extra cost. That's just about all the reasons why it costs so much. I do have some additional conditions and terms you must follow to own the town and I will be making a contract for the transaction when and if it happens.
