The town has a man made mountain and can be taken down depending on your conditions. It has a warp /warp bluestone if you ever want to check it out.There are 2 towns beside it (left and right which arent for sale). Drop a price below and the starting price will start at $50,000 ecd. Also please drop the conditions you want for the town (fully flat or keep the mountain, etc) I will not be covering the town claim/transfer fee of 150k.
