Well you're in LUCK!I am selling HALF of the town of Water7. The Half that I am selling is mostly made up of Water, so it's easy to make it flat. The space is made up of approximately 100 x 200 (20,000) blocks. When you purchase It i will give you an ownership of the town so you can Add or Remove members. The price will be $25,000 Eco Dollars. Purchasing the part of town confirms that you accept the terms/conditions below. Terms and Conditions You understand that you are not buying the WHOLE town and just the remaining amount that I will show you in-game. (Approximately 100x200) You must not take or break anything on the my side of the town. Same rule applies to me. You MAY sell plots or do anything you want on your side of the town, as long as it dosen't include or interact with my town. You must pay the whole amount for me to give you ownership. You may not remove me as an owner of the town or any of the members that I have added.
