One thing that I think would be amazingly helpful is an exit message in towns. As you cross the border of a town "You are now leaving/entering [town name]." This will help scouters know where they are without having to constantly use /rgi and/or Flint. How difficult is to use? No clue, but I've seen it on other servers (not mentioning any names) and it was extremely helpful.
