I am evicting @BadPenguinn from Eastcaster. @Bedpenguinn, Please consider this your three-day notice to remove your property from my town. First, I sold @BadPenguinn a 30x30 plot for $25,000. The player agreed to abide by all town rules, as seen in this screenshot. Player later announced that they wanted a different plot, to which I agreed. Player then announced that they wanted a 20x20 plot, and part of their money back. Further, before even getting permission to do this, player started building on the plot I hadn't sold them. I actually went along with this. Today, I logged on to find this set of mail in my mailbox. And this construction zone. The entire left half of this thing is in a plot I haven't sold to anyone, and which this player demolished to put this thing up. At any point before the three days are up, if @BadPenguinn notifies me that his/her property is removed and it is all right to remove him/her from the town ahead of time, I will immediately refund the remaining $20,000 that he/she paid for the plot.
