    @xPriamx I have attempted to contact the owner of the town via forum PM and per policy we will be giving them 72 hours to respond. In the event there is no response in 72 hours then we will proceed with the transfer. Thank you for your patience.

    As it appears @Ch3rryKills returned to the forums 2 days after this application was filed, and thus prior to the 72 hour deadline, this application will be denied. I would suggest trying to speak to them regarding potentially transferring/selling the town if you are still interested in it.
