    @Miukii :

    In order for a town to be claimed, all owners on /rg i must be inactive for more than 6 months. Since all of the owners (except for you) are "player not found" on /seen, inactivity is based off of their forum activity. @SarahGH is only inactive for 1 week on the forums, so this town is not claimable.

    Also, when you are filing to claim a town, please include screenshots to show the inactivity for all of the town owners.
