    Although the user does not have /seen data on the Main server, they DO on the MainNorth server; they were last in game 3 months and 17 days ago as of the time of this posting. The user in question must be inactive for 6 months for their town to be eligible to be claimed.

    Therefore, this town cannot be claimed at this time.

    Locked.
