The original owner as well as all the other owners of the town need to all be offline for 6 months or more. Darkfirebiggs has not met to offline time of 6 months and won't for another 6 days. As well, if the other mayors of the town are not showed on "/seen" in game, you need to provide screenshots o such and as well provide screenshots of their last forum activity date. Requirements not met. Denied & Locked.
